Heartland Spine & Specialty Hospital is located at 10720 Nall Avenue, take Nall Avenue Exit from 435, go North to 107 th Street, turn left (West) approximately 1/10 of a mile then turn left (South) into Highlands Corporate Campus. At stop sign you will turn left then take the 2nd right (this will be the right turn after the speed bump) this will allow you to drive in front of the hospital, please park in any available parking place.
