Dr. Geoffrey Blatt attended Medical School at the University of Kansas. He completed his residency in neurosurgery at the State University of New York at Buffalo and one year fellowship in neurosurgery at Brown University. He is board certified in neurosurgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
He is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, the American Medical Association, the International Radiosurgical Society, the International Association of Spine Physicians, the Missouri State Medical Society, the Metropolitan Medical Society, and the Kansas City Neurology/Neurosurgery Society. He has served as president of the State Neurosurgical Society and the Kansas City Neurology/Neurosurgical Society. He has been the chairman of the department of neurosurgery at Menorah Medical Center. He is a founding member and currently serves on the executive board of Heartland Spine and Specialty Hospital.
